Natural Gas is an abundant source that will power countries into the 21st century and beyond. GreenComm has the expertise and financial capability to manage projects from conception to completion. Our energy technologies, experienced operators, risk management and finance partners design creative solutions for municipal, state (U.S.) and sovereign (predominantly African) governments to help them overcome the logistical, and financial barriers that may stand in the way of procuring high-level government projects. He has managed expansive corporate structures and commercial operations and is an industrious leader who is never satisfied with “business as usual.”  Neb is a take-charge servant leader who is relentless until success is achieved and steady in management and supervision thereafter. Mr. Getachew has served over 10 years as CEO of GreenComm Technologies and GreenComm International, bringing the foresight needed to recognize the significance of natural resources within Africa to accelerate energy independence. Neb has focused his efforts on projects that foster international business, job creation, and economic growth. He interacts with the highest levels of government to create public-private partnerships centered around Energy Independence, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Infrastructure, Mining, Technology, Security and Housing. Neb is creating a global footprint of business but remains focused upon development projects that can provide ongoing economic growth throughout the continent of Africa.

His expertise in team development and operations management consistently led to outstanding productivity and profitability in both vertical and horizontal markets. He has a stellar track record in personnel management, training and development, team building and professional performance management. As general partner for Northwestern Mutual, he built and managed one of the top-performing financial services practices in the US. Warren also built a distinguished consulting practice working with U.S. and international financial companies including Samsung Life and Keobo of Korea. He currently serves as a trustee of the University of Rhode Island Foundation and is on the advisory board of First Virginia Community Bank, as well as holding senior leadership roles in Washington, DC area non-profits and community organizations.

Mr. Wirtz has been a practicing attorney for more than 40 years. His primary focus has been commercial law in service to both entrepreneurs and long-standing businesses. A graduate of Case Western University’s School of Law, John is licensed to practice in federal and state courts and has significant experience in technology, manufacturing, alternative energy, agriculture, commercial retail and real estate. He has worked as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. John serves in several national- and community-based charitable organizations such as the United Way, American Cancer Society, Walsh College, Malone College, Central Catholic Alumni Association and as Chairman of the Board, Salvation Army.

Throughout most of his career, Pete Chambers has served as a Senior Level Executive with Marketing Assessment, Inc., an international marketing and sales organization, contributing to the success of companies from small privately-held entities to large publicly-traded corporations. In terms of industries served, Pete has worked with the medical industry, the defense industry, and a range of commercial sectors. Pete has introduced cutting-edge technologies such as telematics, stereo imaging, telemedicine, portable vital-signs monitoring, and portable defibrillation, providing critical tools to the niche specialty of battlefield medicine. Pete’s access to talent and resources is bolstered by his board membership in several military and civilian associations and organizations. He is a former member of the Industrial Development Services Advisory Board for the Commonwealth of Virginia, helping to advance programs for manufacturing excellence and innovation. Mr. Chambers received a B.A. from Western Maryland College and completed his medical marketing post-graduate work at the CMR Institute in Roanoke, Virginia.

Mr. Chang Buk Sung, P. Eng. is a proven leader with more than 30 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer for a Fortune 500 company which served as a Distributor for the prestigious Hyundai Motors Commercial Vehicle Division. Mr. Chang was responsible for global procurement and distribution of large-scale commercial vehicle contracts. Mr. Chang has also co-founded a company which provides affordable prefabricated and pre-cast housing to support remote regions throughout Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, Mr. Chang co-founded an International Education and Cultural Centre focused on Education and Vocational skills for African students throughout the continent. Currently, Mr. Chang holds an esteemed role within GreenComm Technologies LLC and GreenComm International LLC where he serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Division, toward which he will bring his servant leadership to accomplish GreenComm’s corporate vision. In this capacity, Mr. Chang will serve as a Korean Government Liaison and will contribute in the fields of Project Development globally, including establishing alternative funding solutions and interacting with strong strategic partners such as Hyundai, SK, GS, POSCO. Throughout his life, he has achieved balance earning his 3rd Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts, which he utilizes to shape a management style that is geared to achieve remarkable and significant results.

With more than 50 years in oil and gas business, Kae has initiated and participated various projects both up-stream and down-stream. Kae has held these key positions in his career:

  • As E & P manager, developed the Marib Oil Field in Yemen with Hunt Oil (Farm-in 25% shares)
  • As Corporate planning manager, initiated building a semi-submersible rig via feasibility study and financing. Discovered commercial gas reserve in Korean continental shelf (Pohang offshore)
  • As CEO initiated developing 3 gas-producing fields in 3 different countries: Korea, Indonesia, and USA.
  • As EVP of KNOC, purchased 23 million barrels of crude oil for strategic-stockpiling in underground granite cave storage facilities.

Kae holds a BS in Economics and a law Degree both from Seoul National University. His fields of expertise are Business Planning, Economic Analysis, Oil and gas financial management, PDM (Project Design Matric), Project Managing (Monitoring and Evaluation), Negotiation and Presentation. Kae is a valuable asset to GreenComm Technologies LLC.

In addition, Emmanuel has played an essential role in forging relationships with international and domestic partners in Ethiopia and across the African continent.
